Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Brussel Sprouts

This is a really easy, really delicious side-dish.

What You Will Need:

sweet potato, 1 medium chopped
brussel sprouts, 1/2 pound, cut in half
chili powder, 1 teaspoon
garlic powder, 1 teaspoon
salt & pepper
oil, to coat

1. Put all the veggies in a bowl with the seasonings and oil. Toss to coat.

2. Place on baking sheet.

3. Put in a 400 degree oven and cook until crispy, golden, and cooked to perfection.

Super healthy and full of flavor. A perfect side dish to almost any meal!
